- 2 ounces Bulleit bourbon
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce cinnamon syrup
- 1 dash Bitterman’s Elemekule Tiki bitters
- 4-6 mint leaves
- Maine Root ginger beer
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, cinnamon simple, bitters and mint leaves in shaker.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain over crushed ice in mule mug.
- Fill with ginger beer, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
This drink is a marriage of the Mint Julep and the Moscow Mule as a Kentucky Derby special. Two summer favorites in one!
