Pomegranate Mule

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Ginger beer
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
  • Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish

Directions:

  • Combine vodka, pomegranate juice and lime juice in a copper mug filled to the top with ice.
  • Pour in ginger beer and top with pomegranate seeds.
  • Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and enjoy!
