Cranberry Mule-mosa

Makes 1 cocktail


  • 4 ounces chilled sparkling wine
  • 2 ounces chilled ginger beer
  • 1 ounce chilled cranberry juice
  • Juice of 1 medium lime wedge
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • Fresh cranberries, lime wedge and/or fresh rosemary sprig for garnish



  • Pour sparkling wine into a copper mug filled with ice or a champagne flute.
  • Add ginger beer, cranberry juice, lime juice and simple syrup.
  • Stir gently and garnish with fresh cranberries, lime wedge and/or fresh rosemary sprig.
